ATHLETIC SPORTS CLEARANCE PROCESS
- To clear for sports, start here
- PHYSICAL FORM
- If you do not receive an impact test, email the Athletic Trainer, [email protected], for a new link
- Print and bring signed confirmation page with the fee to the outside finance window. This fee covers transportation and conditioning.
- Checks payable to EHS. There is a 3% transaction fee for credit card payments.
- Clearance fees for Fall 2024 sports are as follows:
- Cross Country-$80
- Field Hockey-$95
- Football-$130
- Girls Golf-$50
- Girls Tennis-$100
- Girls Volleyball-$90
- Boys Water Polo-$100
- Girls Flag Football-$70
