ATHLETIC SPORTS CLEARANCE PROCESS
- To clear for sports, start here
- PHYSICAL FORM
- If you do not receive an impact test, email the Athletic Trainer, [email protected], for a new link
- Print and bring signed confirmation page with the fee to the outside finance window. This fee covers transportation and conditioning.
- Checks payable to EHS. There is a 3% transaction fee for credit card payments.
- Clearance fees for Spring 2024 sports are as follows:
- Baseball-$90
- Boys Golf-$60
- Boys and Girls Lacrosse-$70
- Softball-$70
- Boys Volleyball-$80
- Boys Tennis-$60
- Co-Ed Swim-$90
- Co-Ed Track & Field-$50
- Girls Beach Volleyball-$40
