Welcome to Edison Registration for the school year 2018-2019
Please read through this packet, complete all required forms, and any optional forms
pertaining to you, and bring them with you on your designated registration date and
time. You will submit these forms at various stations during Registration Day. Your
preparation is much appreciated and will help guarantee a smooth registration process
for your student. There are 3 steps in the registration process:
1. Prior to attending your in-person at school registration in August, it is
MANDATORY that parents complete the online Aeries Parent Data Confirmation
Process at https://my.hbuhsd.edu/.
2. Parents will need to print out the emergency card form that is provided upon
completion. Parents must send the printout with their student on their
registration day. STUDENTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO REGISTER WITHOUT
THE PRINTED EMERGENCY CARD.
3. Students must appear in person to register on their assigned date and time.
Please bring ALL mandatory forms and any of the optional forms applicable to you.
The following forms will be available at registration for your convenience; Free & Reduced Meal Program application, Accidental Health Insurance form, Life Touch School Picture forms.
