ATHLETIC SPORTS CLEARANCE PROCESS

- If you do not receive an impact test, email the Athletic Trainer, [email protected], for a new link
Once done with the online clearance at homecampus.com, print the confirmation page, sign and bring to the finance window with the transportation donation starting Monday, October 27th.
For information about the status of your sport clearance, please email [email protected]
Print and bring a signed confirmation page with the donation to the outside finance window. This donation covers transportation and Athletic Trainer.
Please write checks payable to EHS. There is a 3% transaction fee for credit card donation.
