The California-Hawaii Elks Association - high school senior planning to pursue an eligible vocational/technical course resulting in a certificate or two-year degree and leading to employment opportunities. This Vocational Grant (up to $2000) will pay for a Technical and Vocational Training of your choice. Deadline is 3-6 months before you start your coursework and applications are available online.

2020 Young Women in Public Affairs Award - Women, ages 16-19, living in a Zonta district/region (http://www.zontanewportharbor.org/) who demonstrate evidence of the following: Active commitment to volunteerism, experience in local government, student government, or workplace leadership (paid or unpaid), volunteer leadership achievements, knowledge of Zonta International and its programs, or support in Zonta International's mission of empowering women worldwide through service and advocacy.

 

GOLDEN WEST COLLEGE HIGH SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIPS: Scholarships for graduating seniors; must enroll in at least 12 units at GWC; 2.5 GPA and must fill out FAFSA or Dream ACT application. More than 25 scholarships available.

Derrick Law Firm Scholarship Application - Open to any soon-to-be undergraduate in the United States who has had his or her life altered due to an injury from a car or truck accident.

SCAG Scholarship Program - Must be eligible to work in the United States. Must be a graduating senior or high school junior. Graduating seniors must enroll in higher education (two-or-four year college or university). Candidates must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA. Internship requirement: Selected applicants must be available for a two-week internship with a local planning agency, council of governments, or SCAG.

Robyne’s Nest Scholarship- available to Seniors who have a minimum 3.0 GPA and will graduate in June 2020. The application is available in the PDF below and students may be awarded scholarships between $250 -$1000. Completed questions put be typed and sent to collegestipend@robynesnest.org or mailed to 7602 Talbert Ave, Unit F, Huntington Beach, CA 92646.

Edwards Lifesciences Foundation Scholarship Program - Must be a current high school senior, plan to enroll full-time undergraduate study (two-year and four-year), plan to pursue a degree in the STEM field, maintain a cumulative GPA of a 3.0 or higher, and demonstrate financial need.

The Society of Torch & Laurel Leadership Development Award - (5) $500 scholarships to T&L scholars who plan to participate in a leadership conference/program.

SCW DreamERS Scholarship - Applicant must be an immigrant under the age of 25, entered the United States before age 16, have lived continuously in the U.S. for 5 years, plan on attending college, minimum GPA of 3.0

 

2019 El Dabe Ritter Scholarship- Open to high school seniors who are planning to continue their education after high school. The 2019 El Dabe Ritter Scholarship will award two $1500 scholarships. Students will need to write a 500+ word essay on why having higher education is important.
